Nintendo just dropped a list of their upcoming deals for Black Friday & Cyber Monday in Canada, so you can start planning now before deals kick off across multiple retailers on November 20!
Firstly, and most importantly — there are no discounts on the new Nintendo Switch 2 console or Switch 2 games. Your best option for this is to pick up the current Switch 2 bundles with games (either Mario Kart World or Pokémon Legends: Z-A) for $699.99.

Games on Sale for $54.99
Select Amiibo will also be discounted up to $15 off and if you need extra Switch 2 storage, select retailers will have a $25 discount on Samsung MicroSD Express Cards starting November 30.
There are no discounts on Switch 2 games, but almost all Switch games are compatible on the Switch 2 and The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, Super Mario Odyssey and Splatoon 3 all have free Nintendo Switch 2 updates available. Also be sure to check out the Nintendo eShop on November 20, as more 3rd party digital games are sure to go on sale as well.
Nintendo is also offering a Switch 1 bundle with Switch Sports this Black Friday, but since it’s an older system and Nintendo raised prices earlier this year, it’s going to cost you more to buy a Switch console now than it would a year ago (it went from $399.99 in 2024 to $419.99 in 2025 for the base console). Be aware that the cost of a lot of Switch games increased as well from $79.99 to $84.99 (or $89.99 to $99.99 for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom).
